This draft document explains the draft requirements, which should begin to be included with your General Program application. The WTF Advisory Board is in the final stages of officially approving this new requirement. Note that there is no place in the current online application itself—that requests this information. The ROI financial portion should be placed into an Excel or Word document, and sent along with your financial information, so that it can receive the same shielding from public disclosure. The individual skill attainments should be written in a Word document, and submitted as an attachment to the application.
